Creating a Page redirect off blog

  I know I have done this ages ago however, I can’t seem to find what I need to be able to redirect off a blog Page to another site. I’d like for a reader to be able to click on the page link and be redirected to another site entirely.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
