I already have a site but it is managed by a host provider. I am interested in creating a new site and having WordPress or an alternate host. How do I get started? I want to be confident that I am doing the right thing in accordance to what I’m looking for.

Yes, I’m creating a new separate site. My main goal is to create the site and have access to technical support for assistance along the way. How much is a plan of that sort? How do I get started? I already have the domain name.
