Creating a post

    Hi there, I’m trying to create new blogs posts on my phone through the app (as I currently don’t have a laptop/desktop) and I know that WordPress has their new block feature and I think this is causing a problem for me as when I try to preview the posts on the app it says page not found but when I preview it on the web it’s there. I wanted to publish these blog posts today but it’s taken me an hour already to get to the stage where I am and having to create the posts multiple times. I’m hoping someone could help me please

    Hi there,

    Thank you for getting back to me,

    The site URL is:

    And the title of the posts all start with Out Of… as I was trying to figure it out and then struggling to see what I added in the block as it wasn’t loading so I started a fresh one. I managed to get somewhere with:

    Out Of Many, One People: Ali Davidson

    Out of many, One People: Maxie Hayles

    I haven’t published these posts yet they’re all still in draft.

    I hope what I’ve said makes sense.

    What version of the app are you currently using?

    Hi there,

    I decided to remove the app and currently using the web version instead but I was using version 15.0 as I only recently re downloaded it. It’s just odd this is happening as I published a post last week and didn’t have this problem.

  • Odd, please feel free to try the app again when you’re ready. It might have just needed that re-install.

    Hi there,

    I tried this many times and the same problem occurs, again this morning i did it again and it says:

    Oops! Page can’t be found

    It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?

    But there’s no links just the search bar.

    Could it be because I created it on a mobile device instead of laptop/tablet/ desktop maybe?

  • The post should work both in the desktop version and in the app. Please reach out directly to our Mobile Support – in the app tap on your profile picture (upper right corner), then Help&Support and finally Contact Us.
