creating a printed book from blog posts

    I would like to download my content with the aim of building both a printed book and an ebook. I can download the .xml file but can’t open it with any word-processing type software (e.g., Word for Mac, Pages on Mac, iAuthor). I can use a Text Editor to see the content but it contains all the formatting code. Is there a way to convert the .xml file to a PDF or Word or Pages file? Thanks so much for your help.
