Creating a Privae Forum

  Is there a way of creating a private forum on my blog? Maybe under a menu or something?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The short answer is, no.

  The long answer is no, you can’t do it on your blog, but you can make a forum elsewhere and link to it from your blog. There are lots of free forum hosts on the web.

  Hi there!
  One of the most popular free forums is http://vanillaforums.com it’s easy to set up and manage all though there recent changes to their home page does slightly give the appearance the forums is not free anymore but it is just click on the pricing link and choose the first option on the left for a free forum set up if you chose have your forums hosted by them…

  Then you can link straight to the forum from your blog via the new Menus option

  P.s. I almost forgot to mention they give the ability to set the whole forum private or set certain parts of the forum private based on your members privilege rules that you set for each member or member group…
