Creating a second, separate blog.

    I have a blog and want to make a second one. How can I create an entirely new blog separate from the first one? When I tried, information seemed to populate into the second one from the first one.

    I had a blog that I suspended posting in because I had completed the project. I want to create a new blog entirely separate from that first blog. I tried, but some information seemed to populate from the first blog into the second, new blog. Is it possible to create an entirely separate secong blog? If so how do I go about it?
