Creating a second site with same theme

I am so pleased with the website that I created 3 years ago that I now want to create a second site with the same theme but hosted separately. can I copy the design layout etc and then edit the pages

You don’t confirm website or theme you are talking about. If you are talking about the site linked to this account then the Rebalance theme can be used on another WordPress.com site or on sites hosted elsewhere using the WordPress.org software. In that case scroll down to the bottom of this link: https://wordpress.com/theme/rebalance
