Creating a site for a gallery

    Hi I want to use wordpress to set up a site for a gallery. Problem is its more of a CMS than a blog. Im looking for plugins and tips to help me achive it. My ideal solution would be to have 2 pages that both display static and dynamic content. And two callendars for two different type of events. Also to be able to control how future, pressent and past events are displayed. Any plugin, guide or tip would be great! :-)

    Are you blogging at wp.com? Your mention of a CMS suggests you are self hosted. If you are then you are at the wrong forum. You need to be at http://www.wordpress.org

    As a side note, WP is great as a CMS and with plugins and extra apps works great a gallery.

    Have a read through the Codex (documentation on the .org site) which will give you loads of information.
