Creating a static site from a wordpress site, how?

    Hi
    I have several wordpress sites, none huge, that I want to convert to static html pages and ‘archive’, by which I mean not update ever again! I do not want to constantly update their wordpress software for years to come…. The only way I know how is to save everything as html, go in and manually fix all the links, etc.

    Is there a smarter way?
