Creating a Sub-Domain and getting a business plan.

    Hello. I am trying to select the business plan for my account because I would like to upload the Divi theme and that would give me the proper access. I want to create a sub-domain webpage and am struggling with the prompts the site is giving me at the moment.

    Can you tell me what subdomain you’re trying to use?

    To use a subdomain with your site, first you’ll need to add a Domain Connection upgrade to your site. That’s already included in your plan, and you can go to Upgrades ->Domains to add one.

    Then at the provider where your domain’s DNS is hosted, you’ll need to add a CNAME record to create the subdomain itself, and point it to your WordPress.com site. This page describes the process in more detail:
