Creating a text box on my page

  Can I just create a text box for my website? I’d like to add my phone number right up the top of the home page so it is very easy for people to see. Is this restricted?

  You can add a text-widget on the page.

  You theme only supports widgets in the sidebar or the footer (bottom of the page) not at the top.
