Creating a visible link on my blog

  I’ve been trying to put a link that would visibly be seen on my blog http://ravenstarshealingroom.wordpress.com/ . The link has been created on my dashboard but it appears nowhere on my blog. Can someone tell me how this is done? This Support page http://support.wordpress.com/widgets/links-widget/ shows how but I don’t have or can’t find the “links’ that’s been displayed.

  Where do you want this link to appear? If you want it to appear in the Links widget, you must add the Links widget to your sidebar. It is under Appearance->Widgets. Just drag it into your sidebar and save the changes.
