  the page to create new site is not responding

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Hello –

  It looks like you were able to add a personal plan to your account. Generally speaking, you can click on My Sites from the upper left corner and then select Switch Site to select which site on the account you’re working on. Do you still need help accessing the site?
