Creating a website

Hello. I wanted to create a website to share my story about someone who sexually assaulted me, gave me an STD, and who I may die because of. I tried to read the user guidelines, and I can make sure to remove their personal contact information that is in my current report on Google Docs. I have evidence to back everything I would say and none of it is defamation. Would this be allowed?

I also want to know if the website would show up if searched for on Google, etc. Thank you.
