Creating a website for use in Mexico

  I wanted to know if i can use this service to create websites in Mexico. I am a digital marketing agency wanting to expand in Mexico. Is this possible.

  You have already created a site here clinicarevolucion.wordpress.com, but it has not yet been launched.

  If you want your site to be publicly accessible, you must launch it from
  My Site>Manage >Settings and select Launch Site.
