creating a wordpress website from a wordpress template on my laptop

    I want to create a new website in wordpress and do all the editing, I currently have a blog chrisginteriors and want to leave that as it is, how do I edit a premium wordpress website template that I have stored on my computer?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Your question is actually a bit more complicated than it appears on the surface. Your current blog is hosted on WordPress.com. The way WordPress.com sites work is different than the way sites that use the software available on WordPress.org work.

    If you want your new site to be on WordPress.com like your existing site, there is no way to work on a premium template on your computer and then upload it to your site. A process like that (or something close) is possible with a self-hosted WordPress site, but we can’t really advise you on that here.

    I recommend you check out this article that clearly explains the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org so you can decide which way to go for your new site: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
