I have just created a new blog. But the user is the same. This is not good, because the new blog is for all owners in this building and the originally for me, meaning, that the first blog has only my as administrator, but the new can be many in this building. So I cannot mix these two in the same blogadministration.

I cannot see how it is possible to make account no 2. I believe that will solve the problem, no? Or another solution?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You cannot change your username but you can use a “nickname” and have it display instead of the username. Please read this > http://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/

I think you will also benefit from reading these support entries as well:

I have watched the video and read about it. It solves most things, to add a user, that only can administrate a certain blog. A kind of solution.

BUT, in case I move from this building, I have to give up control of the second blog and that is why there must be 100% separation. I know there is a transfer-possibility, that should work if I skip a blog and give it to another.

I just thought I would be better from the start with 100% separation between 2 blogs meaning account no 2 .. well….

The unique identifier here is the email address you register with. In order to have 2 separate accounts you can register under two different usernames with 2 different email addresses. There’s also a process for transferring a blog to another user. See > http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

IMO groups like yours may be better served by getting a free wiki or a free social network from ning.com.

Your first lines sound very good, because that makes a 100% separation.
But on the pages for creating there is no hint/link for creating af new/another account or blog with new email. If that is possible, I believe that would solve my problem

I don’t know NING.COM but it looks as easy as WP. That is also a good solution. But I am quite happy with WP and familiar with it after 180 articles.

Creating a second account under another username and email address is definitely possible. I know this because I have previously done it. Make sure you are not logged into wordpress.com and then register a new account. If you wish you can register a second blog at the same time.

I found this in the support documentation:

The single sign-on method is perfect unless you require separate accounts for some reason. In that case, you’re welcome to keep separate accounts. Each account should have its own email address.

    Change Your Email Address

    You are right.

By logout, it was possible to create another account with another email, I created with gmail. So I now have 2 blogs 100% separated from each other.

    Thank you
