Creating additional blog under a new user name/gravitar

I’ve created a 3rd blog that I want independent of my first 2. I would like my gravitar photo and user name to be different. How can I do that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Technically, you will need to create a new username first, and afterwards you create the blog with that new username.
But if now you already have created the blog with the old username, you will have to:
1) Create that new username and activate it. You will need to use a different email when registering.
2) Log in to the old username, go into the 3rd blog you want to use, then add/invite the new username as an Administrator. See here for the guide to do that: http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/ (make sure you choose ‘Administrator’ on step 3 on that page).
3) With your new username, accept the invitation. You now have admin access to the 3rd blog with your new username.
4) You can now modify the Gravatar photo of the new username.

Thank you kindly. So you mean I have to go to WP and create a new account under the new blog nameand then transfer the info? I will try that when I have the time today.

Yes, log out from your current account and then create a new username.

did all, sent the invite, approved it but still shows as “waiting” I assume it just takes some time now….

not working…..do i have to remove myself as an admin first? I sent one to follow and that was accepted right away but the admin is still “waiting”. I confirmed in through email and checked the new created name but nothing shows for my 3rd blog there
