Creating Additional Domains

Hi all, I am a relatively new user and I have suddenly become flustered by having created to new domains I purchased and not being able to access them through the Switch site tab.

I can go directly to the domains and look at the articles I have written, but have no other control over them. Obviously I must have set them up wrong, and as I have discovered that WordPress has no available e-mail or phone support, apparently because they think their website help and support pages are bullet-proof!

This problem may force me to create a new blog called: What the hell are the WordPress higher-ups thinking?

They could start by working on the lack of intuitiveness inherent in their website!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello! I’m sure there’s a way to get all of your sites into the dashboard. The first thing is how did you create them? Are they sites hosted by third-party hosts using the WordPress.org software? If so, you can use Jetpack to add them to your WordPress.com dashboard. Here’s a link to the Jetpack site: http://jetpack.me/support/

The differences between .com and .org can be confusing, so if you’re not quite sure what I’m talking about, have a look at this support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you did use WordPress.com for the sites, but created different user accounts for each, you could transfer the site to a single account: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-wordpress-com-user-or-account

If there’s another scenario entirely, we can try to figure that out too, what are the URLs for the other sites?

Also, WordPress.com does offer support via tickets and live chat for premium and business accounts. The free service has this forums, which does have quite a few smart people that hang out here. There is also WordPress.com staff that monitor the forums and do a great job at support.
