Creating administrators (activation key problem)

  Hello, We are trying to create 3 admin accounts. 2 are working but the third is getting an error message of “Whoops, you can’t use an activation key you’ve created for someone else”. Oh. What’s an activation key and how did I create it for someone else? It must be in our settings somewhere- can you help us out?

  It means that the link in their invitation isn’t working. Please try sending them a new invitation.
