  we are using word press for our playbills and wanted to know how we can create an archive of previous shows

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi carthageprograms,

  If you would like to keep certain posts but visitors no longer need to access them, they can be reverted to draft from Post settings (cog icon) > Status > Revert to draft.

  Alternatively, these posts can be marked private and will only be visible to Editors and Administrators:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-visibility/
