Creating an Author website WITHOUT the wordpress.com suffix

  I want to create a website on WordPress but using only my domain name: jamescmagruder.com. How do I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you already have a domain then
  You need to purchase domain mapping or transfer your domain to wordpress.com.

  Alternatively, you can purchase any paid wordpress.com plan & you will get Domain credit in which you can purchase New Doamin name Or Domain mapping OR transfer an exsiting domain to wordpress.com
