Creating an Editorial Calendar Ideas??

I am the owner of Inspiration Point (http://inspiration-point.org) I’ve recently gotten back into the swing of writing for my blog. Right now, I could use an Editorial Calendar. I know there isn’t one in WordPress.com
How do I create one in Google Calendar Excel?? I’m the primary author and sole contributor. What do I need to be in such a calendar? I’ve also access to a tablet, using Android OS (6.x)
My normal routine is: 1. Come up with idea and write. 2. Edit, if need be. 3. Share on social media: Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn. These activities are typically done on the same day.
My hope is, the calendar will help in better planning my writing schedule and put aside time for the next book. Ideas?
