Creating an interactive quiz

    Hello
    I wondered how could I create an interactive quiz on my blog.
    I’m trying to create an education blog that works like a coursebook. So students fill in answers related to a text and are then taken to a landing page or the same page with a summary of their results and errors.
    Do I need to upgrade to do this?
    I’m familiar with html and CSS but do I need to know php?
    Can I do this within wordpress.com
