  Hello,

  How do I create an RSS feed for my site that can be submitted to itunes for podcasting. When I post I usually add media in the form of an mp3 for my podcast.

  Is there a special type of RSS feed that only includes media that can be submitted to itunes?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
