Creating an XML file without WordPress Admin access

    I would like to get an xml sitemap for my site. The only way I have seen how is to use a plugin, but I currently don’t have access to my admin area.
    I no longer have a domain, and I only have FTP for about a week or so until my subscription expires.

    I have downloaded my entire site as a backup, plus databases, and am trying to get it to run on Local by Flywheel until I am ready to go live again. However I am having great difficulty in getting started.
    Various errors are causing the site to not run at all, and getting this xml might be a way around it.
