Creating, Building & Transferring a WP site for a client

    Hi,

    I’ve been reading through the forums and have yet to find a fluid & linear answer to my above question and I hope someone can help.

    – I need to create a WP Premium site for a client with a private domain.
    – Who should create the inital account? Client or me?
    – Please provide brief steps for both choices so that I can initiate workflow.
