Creating Custom Menu Problems

Hi, I am new to wordpress and am having a hard time working on my menu. I am using the Forever theme. I watched the step-by-step video for creating a custom menu and was able to do that. My problem is that the only two options I was given to direct pages to was a Home page and an About page. There was no option for a Contact page. In order to create a contact page I used the About page and renamed it to Contact. However, when I click on it, it directs me to the About page. How do I change this?

You can create as many static Pages as you like. http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ You can then create a custom menu and add them into it.
