  THEN I wrote a new page called Discussion Board, added some basic benefits and posted the above hyperlink there.

  Ugh! I tried those phpBB boards but they come in a zip file and for the life of me I can’t do them. :(

  seawoman is pointing to a host that automattically creates the board for you, much like how wp.com works.

  For reference, nosy is thinking of the regular version of phpbb, must like how the regular version of wordpress operates. (ie download teh zip file, find a host, etc.)
