  I am looking to create an domain. I wanted to know will I be able to add amazon, facebook ads, google ads, AMP and Paypal payment option in my website

  The domain is just an address. To be able to add third-party adds, you would need to install plugins and those are available on plan Business:

  As for PayPal, if your goal is to sell items or services on your site, you can have a look at the Simple Payments Block, this one is available on plans Premium and above:
