Creating drop down menus on the primary navigation bar

  I am not sure that this is even a possibility but i figured it couldn’t hurt to ask. I am using the Bueno theme. Currently I have Custom Menu widgets on the right side bar of this blog that have Pages that contain information for people that frequent this blog. The other person I am creating this with feels like it is better to have these menus along the top navigation. The problem with this is that it would be very crowded to put everything up there and not user friendly to have it all just lumped up there. Ideally, I would like to have 3 or 4 Page headings and then a couple of them would have drop down menus with the other subtopics listed below. Is this even possible? I would possibly be open to trying another theme if it were possible elsewhere (depending on the other features of said theme). Thank you!
