  I am working on a project to create gift registry website. Can anyone help how customer can register and upload items they need as gifts from people.

  It looks like this is a self-hosted site, so the support we can offer is limited in this instance.

  Do you have an example of the kind of site you’d like to build please? For instance, is this something like Etsy?

  The reason why I ask is because it sounds like you may need something that would be available on a place like Themeforest.
