Creating Guest Book and Video Streaming in WordPress

  I need to create a Guest Book using WordPress. That could be personalized messages where the visitors may post their comments in the guest book and that may drop in to my email instead of being public viewable.
  Any idea?

  I actually want to have few of the following sections that I am working on:-
  Main Page
  Guest Book
  1 Page for viewing online Webcast / video streaming

  What will be your suggestions? Please let me know if you need any clarification.

  I have wordpress installed on my hosting space… not using the worpress.com
