CREATING HYPERLINKS ON OTHER FORUMS AND BLOGS

    Hey guys. I posted this question the other day and got a notice that it didn’t post. I have a blog that was created her on WordPress. Now I would like some guidance on how to create hyperlinks in responses on other blogs to direct prospective customers to my site. Please help! Thanks a lot!!

    Hi @rokellc, when you comment on a site, the web address here is included automatically:
    https://wordpress.com/me/account

    But if the system thinks you’re spamming (in this case, using comments to drive traffic to your site rather than to sincerely comment on a post) you could get blocked. Same for posting links to your sites in forums as a means to drive traffic rather than engage in meaningful conversation.

    Different forums would have different linking options. In our forums, driving traffic to your site with links is against the Community Standards.
