creating hypertext

creating hypertext – – I have a WordPress blog (that I prefer to think of as a website): http://www.mazzolindicanti.com

The main page is a list of song lyrics. But there are over a hundred songs, so it is cumbersome to scroll down the whole page to find a song.

Another page has a table of contents. Is there any way to make the song titles in the table of contents like hypertext, so you can click on one, and just get the lyrics for that one song to come up, rather than the entire long page of 100-plus songs?

Or, as an alternative, is it possible to click on, say, a “D” and have the just songs that start with “D” come up? (The first alternative would be better.)

However, if any of this is possible, I wouldn’t want it to mess up what I already have. I have spent a lot of time putting short audio players for a lot of the songs, so that you can hear part of the melody, and I wouldn’t want that to disappear or get deleted, etc.

    Thanks. Ken Mazzer
