Creating image link in sidebar

  I’ve read through the forum posts, followed the support directions, and cannot seem to make the image in my sidebar link to my website. As an added curiosity, this same image, on my ABOUT page, linked without my even setting it up to do so!

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  In the text widget, you only have the image code: you do not have any link code. You need to put the link code around the image code.

  I generally compose my text widgets as if they were draft posts, and when they’re just the way I like them, I click to the HTML editor, copy all the code, and paste that into a text widget. Then I delete the draft. This lets you use all the visual editing buttons like the link button so you don’t have to hand code everything.
