  SOMEONE HELP ME
  Is it possible to install your own theme from scratch onto a blog??? I paid $30 to edit a theme’s CSS but apparently I can only edit certain colors and other things. PLEASE HELP can I install my theme on my blog and how???

  The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs like your blog are the themes found here http://wordpress.com/themes/

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload any third party themes, create child themes or our own themes or edit templates.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that.

  WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database.

  Then apply for a refund. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/cancel-domain/ and Guided Transfers.

  You cannot install your own theme or any theme not found here > http://wordpress.com/themes/ on your free hosted WordPress.com blog at http://pipehype.wordpress.com/

  For that you have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.ORG install. http://wordpress.org/
