creating language switcher on wordpress

i have ecwid website and i want it multilingual the problem is clients don’t go to the website and having their native language default on their browser so i need to make language switcher so i am asking if i get wordpress i can use it to make language switcher on my ecwid website which change language in every thing ( product – category – discription – home page – etc.)
note : i don’t have wordpress website -
