Creating link in sidebar menu to link up to mailchimp signup form

  I have a MailChimp mailing list set up and have created a signup form but cannot find a way to create a link in the side bar for people to click on to take them to the MailChimp opt-in page. I believe there is a MailChimp Plugin that will help me but have no idea how to access this??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no MailChimp plugin for WordPress.com. Also you can’t embed the form code due to security reasons.

  Your best bet is the clever workaround available in this thread :-)
