Creating links to other post
-
I would like to create links on my page to another page. For example, I have episodes that I want to put on my website. When you click the episode page at the top, I want the option for people to click and episode and they will be sent to a separate post with that episode.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @hottopi3,
If I understood your question correctly, you want the episode links to be displayed in the menu at the top of the page, right? So to do that what you can do is,
1. Create posts containing the episodes
2. Note down the links(permalinks) to these episode posts.
3. Go to My Sites > Theme and then click on the customize button beside the Theme menu. This will open the site/theme customizer.
4. Go to Menus option on the sidebar and create a menu(by clicking on the “Add a Menu” button) if you do not have one already. Now set this menu to be your primary menu.
5. If you already have a Primary Menu, then click on the Primary option. Here you will be able to create menu’s with custom links.
6. Click on “Add Items” button and then open the “Custom Links” section.
7. The Custom Links section will have 2 fields-The URL and Link Text. Paste the episode post links that you have noted down earlier into the URL field and Type the Epsiode Name/Number into the Link Text field and then click “Add to Menu”.
8. Repeat step 7 to add all the episodes into the menu and then rearrange them if you want. This will add all the episodes links to the top of the page.
9. Finally click “Save & Publish” button on the top right corner of the sidebar to make the website live.Hope this helps :)
