Creating Marketplace and Affiliates

Hey I stumbled across a website today that has a fantastic web store and affiliate program for the store.
I am about to publish a book and would like to offer it on my wordpress website, along with other amazon products (like this website does), and I would also love to offer an affiliate program so others can benefit from selling my book (from amazon). Is it possible to have an affiliate program that is all automated through amazon.com?
