Creating menus by category, projects – question

  Hey! I’m just starting a blog using The Agent theme. I created some menu navigation to categorise my pages by post category or project type. All works fine, there’s just one slight annoyance that I can’t get rid of. When you go to the categorised page as a title it says “Category: ” whatever category I’m using”
  I was wondering if it’s possible to get rid of that “Category:” in the title without having to host the blog myself.
