creating more than one page of posts

  I am currently customizing an existing theme for a portfolio site of editorial content

  Goal which is hanging me up:
  1) a parent page with easily editable lists of articles,
  2) 2 child pages with easily editable teasers with links to individual articles
  and
  3) a blog page.

  Am finding that it is only possible to have one page featuring posts

  Does anyone know a workaround?

  Yes there are workarounds, but we need a link to the blog in question.
