Creating multiple wordpress locally using xammp?

  So I’ve installed and made one wordpress site locally with xampp. But I can’t create another one as its saying ‘Sorry, I need a wp-config-sample.php file to work from. Please re-upload this file to your WordPress installation.’

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of WordPressdotcom hosted sites and the guidance provided here may not be relevant to DIY WordPress.org sites hosted with an external hosting provider (e.g. Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.).
