Please Help
When adding the given text you have to add to the .htaccess file, do you replace all the text that’s already in the .htaccess file?
If not where do you add the text in the .htaccess File
I would very much appreciate some help.

You are in the wrong place. You need to have a wordpress.ORG install.
You are posting to the wrong support forum.
