Creating my own social network website

  I’m new at worpress.com so I’m struggling to go into the direction I want to go.
  I have three questions/concerns that I would be glad if someone can help me in this matter.

  I want to have my own social network membership website. My website will consist of having people exchange gifts and they can interact with each other. Currently, I have developed my idea on a piece of paper and made drawings of the system I want to create. However; I don’t know programming and I need help on translating this idea into programming so it can be installed on my website.

  What would be a good start for this idea?

  How can I hire someone to build this system for my?

  Hi there. This type of site is not possible on WordPress.com. To do this you’ll rather have to set up a self-hosted WordPress.org install. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  I hope you’ve got a big budget for this. It is really not going to be cheap.
