creating my website

    I already have a website domain name through you. However, when I go to it, it tells me that it has not been launched:
    question: do I need to lunch it to customize the site?

    question: I want to go to my domain name and start customizing the site based on one of your themes. How do I do so?

    Hi there!

    You do not need to launch your site to customize it. Before you launch, the site is private so only you can see it while you’re working on it.
    To customize your site, you would go to My Site>Design>Customize. The newer themes were built to get the best out of our new Block Editor so you’d work on the front page directly from the editor.

    I don’t see any sites under your account so I can’t tell you details about your theme. It’s best if you go to My Site>Design>Themes and check the instructions for your theme in particular.
