Creating network for multisite

  Hi there,

  I’m trying to create a network to enable multisite on my already installed WP version 3.1.3. I followed the instructions by editing the wp-config.php file and added the define(‘WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’, true); line. I’ve uploaded and refreshed my WP site, but unfortunately I still don’t see the network option under tools. I’m not a computer wiz, but can find my way around so happy to try any suggestions.
