  Hi, I currently have an e-commerce website with ionos but I want features which they do not currently support. We are a new startup online pharmacy so we want to sell products online, plus have people able to book appointments to see our clinician, have a video call feature and lastly have a feature where people can answer a questionnaire and then at the end they will be diagnosed based on this and all this has to be 100% secure

  You can host such a site here on WordPress.com. For that, you’ll need to upgrade to the Business or eCommerce plan and install an e-commerce plugin like WooCommerce.

  Specifically for WooCommerce, there are several extensions that can help you create the features and the functionality you’re describing.
