Creating New Site, Costs, Setup, etc.

    I am wanting to create a new authoring (blog) website with a domain created with another source. .e.g., GoDaddy I assume that once I have the new domain, that I could transfer my current page or create a new one and launch it with that new domain..? Yes?

    With my current and new page, who has access to my registered users and who has potential control (changes) over my webpage information. i.e., persons registered, countries viewing, etc.

    What is WordPress’s connection to Google if any? I notice that NONE of my articles are displayed when a Google search is done with my article’s title. I appear to be cancelled..?

    Yes, this is possible.

    You would need to either transfer the domain: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incoming-domain-transfer/ or connect the domain: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

    GoDaddy would have access to this.

    As entities there’s no connection between Google and WordPress.

    WordPress is a content management system that can be used on WordPress or it can be self-hosted (https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/) hosted with another provider like GoDaddy.
